PURCHASE A GIFT CERTIFICATE

Thank you for choosing Charley Brown’s of Penfield to purchase a gift certificate.  Our gift certificates expire one year from purchase and can be purchased in ANY denomination.
You can choose one of the following methods for purchase:

Purchases can be made using cash or credit.  If you opt to use credit via email or over the phone, please have the following information ready:

• The amount of the certificate
• Type of Credit Card you are using
• Credit Card Number and CID # (from the back of the card)
• Name on the card
• Expiration date of the credit card
•  Contact phone number
  
  

If you would like us to mail your gift certificate, please have the individual’s name, address and any message you’d like included on the certificate at hand.  Occasionally someone who purchases a certificate requests a copy of the credit card receipt.  If this is the case, please have your address ready.
